I actually purchased 4 bike lifts about 3 years ago. The only issue I ran into was that one of the nylon ropes started to unravel after only a few uses. If I'd noticed it sooner I probably could have stopped it but ended up having to replace it. They really work well, however and it's great to get our 4 bikes up out of the way. I have a high ceiling in my shop/garage so I can lift the bikes high enough to walk under.Customer Review: Bike Lift just fine

Love the product! It is easy to install and now I have stored my bicycles for the winter and regained my floor space. On a nice day since the installation, I lowered the bike and went on a nice ride. Why didn't I think of doing this sooner!
