Product is great. It's very sturdy and relatively easy to put together. I bought two; one for sports equipment and one for shovels, pails and other kids stuff. We use the bottom of the rack as a bike rack. What a great solution for organizing the garage.Customer Review: Nice design, poor workmanship.

Materials and finish are good quality. However, the experience was ruined by poor workmanship. The holes simply do not line up on the parts in order to assemble it properly. The holes are so far off that it is necessary to redrill some of them in order to actually put this together. Lot of work. Company offered to replace it, but it's too much work to disassemble it, repackage everything, and wait for a new one. And the next one may be the same, anyway. Since I imagine these are manufactured using a jig or fixture, it looks like there was a bad setup at the factory and would then result in many units manufactured this way.Customer Review: Not hard to assemble, great features

I had anticipated more problems assembling this based on a review here, but I didn't have any. My only comment is that threading the bolts to attach the basket would have been easier with a second person.
The product is sturdy, holds lots of equipment, and is easy for the kids to use. This is a great product!

The package came all taped together. The foot piece had a hole drilled right next to, but overlapping, another hole. My guess is that this product was returned by another customer because the holes didn't line up (which was a problem another reviewer pointed out) and the company drilled another hole and sent it to me. Some of the other holes were a little difficult to line up, but I did manage to put the product together in about 30 minutes (and I am a housewife). The basket is a little crooked - not sure why - I tightened all of the screws. As another reviewer mentioned, the screws and nuts do make your hands black while you are putting this together. The bottom rack works very well for inline skates. Overall, not the best quality, but it will do.
