I purchased these for my mom, who has problems with carpal tunnel and loves gardening. They are sturdy enough to do their job but are also lightweight and well-designed, ensuring that her hands and wrists are pain-free even after working with them for hours. Would recommend. Double check that you have 4 different tools, because I did not and had to reorder. I am not a master gardener by a long shot; just container plants on the deck so these are fine for me. The "ergonomic" description grabbed my attention since I have arthritis in my hands and wrists. So as far as comfort and performance go, they are fine.I was disappointed that after much digging at Amazon and elsewhere on the net, I couldn't find where the tools were made, since for many reasons I try to avoid products from certain countries. And of course, when the tools arrived I discovered that they were made in a country I prefer not to support economically. I think that the country of origin should be posted in the description, so that consumers can make an informed choice. How about it, Amazon? Other web sites provide this information. I've noticed that some descriptions of merchandise on Amazon do tell where the product is made, but not all.Customer Review: Looks better than it performs

I have only borrowed gardening tools for the very limited amount of gardening thus far. I now want to garden as a hobby and thought I should have a nice new set of tools for myself. After reading the rave reviews and given the cute design with bright green handles, I decided to purchase this set. I like the light weight feel of the pieces, but as far as ergonomic, I can't tell the difference between this design versus the standard designs. I even find that the standard design works better such as the cultivator, this one is much harder to use because the the claw is more sparse and is thicker at the end giving it more difficulty penetrating the dirt. The trowel did okay, but found that the the metal to be easily scratched. I don't have any wrist or hand problems so did not notice whether ergonomic design is beneficial or not.Customer Review: MOM PLEASE

I purchased this set for my Mom. She's 75 and gardening is a big part of her life. She told me these tools keep her hands and wrists for getting tired. She hasn't used all the tools because it's winter, but had a good experience while repotting. They will be easy to find in the garden with the color.
