Sick of dealing with leaky, cheap, plastic hose reels, I finally broke down and bought the Rapid Reel. I love it. It is solid, durable, and is super easy to reel the hose in and out; unlike the cheap plastic ones. If you need a hose reel, this is the one to get. Hose reel is delivered unassembled. This is not a problem. The instructions are very straight forward and easy to follow. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble and mount on the wall. This hose reel does not leak. Very sturdy. Very easy to roll up the entire length of a 150 ft. industrial strength hose. I will be ordering another one for my back faucet.
