Very good quality hose reel. Easy enough to assemble but mounting on the wall was a bit challenging. Most of that blame falls on both my lousy electronic stud finder and the carpenter who built the wall. It must not have been precisely 16" on center so I had to struggle to get it securely mounted. One person will have a bit of grunting and groaning to accomplish it. A helper would be nice. But it is up and looks and performs great. Very pleased.Customer Review: High quality product!

We had a bought an expensive hose reel at the local hardware store (it leaked and was flimsy) THIS IS A QUALITY HOSE REEL!!! It is metal and has a built in break so the hose does not unwind when you don't want it to. This hose reel easily handles our 100 foot hose, though it says it will fit 150 feet. Quick shipping and a wonderful product. I am going to replace all my hose reels with this one!Customer Review: Hose reel

I purchased a Rapid Reel one year ago and made a second purchase a week ago. What's there not to like? An American company, sturdy construction, and if you need servicing, just call the toll free number to speak to a live representative located in Nebraska who can be understood! No call being routed to the other side of the world! I called for a replacement part (due to my own negligence) and they promptly fed-ex the part with no additional charge. Is this for `reel?'
