I ordered two of the pads. When I tried to put one of them on my Eureka Hard Surface Floor Cleaner Model 313A, the pad wasn't long enough to fit around both sides of the machine and go under the clips provided on top of the machine which hold the pad in place. I went to the Eureka Parts web site, and they don't even list this model of steamer. I am waiting for an email from Eureka in response to my inquiry about which pad to use.Customer Review: Customer from Kansas

This was from a vendor through Amazon. I waited months to receive the product because I wanted extra cleaning pads for the steam cleaner I ordered. This item is featured in the "Frequently Bought Together" section with the Eureka Enviro Steamer 313A. These are actually made for Enviromate Steam Floor Cleaners, which are a different brand entirely. I suppose they would be fine if they were used with the appropriate steamer. However, they do NOT fit the Eureka Enviro Steamer and should not be shown as an accessory for that item. I hope Amazon takes notes and can remove the recommendation that appears with the Eureka so no more customers get confused.
