I bought this since my dd has severe allergies. It heats up quickly and puts out HOT steam which is what I wanted. The bonus pads were a great idea. I thought about sending it back right away and I should have. It broke after 6months of use. Started leaking after about 3. The cord is way to short. On the flip side it worked great when it worked and made a huge difference for my dd's allergies. But I don't have money to waste and now it is SCREACHING at me and won't heat up.
Off to find a different brand...

The mop is a little hard to push at first until the pad gets wet. The handle on top of the tank helps with that. Once I got used to using it I think It does a great job. I am glad I got 6 pads with it. It is amazing how filthy they get--so that must mean it is cleaning!!Customer Review: DO NOT BUY

I have now owned 2 of these steam mops. I love it! It cleans my floors easily and professionally. Like I said, I love it, until it breaks! The first broke just a few days past the 1 year mark. The second one only lasted about 8 months. I don't mop that often. Maybe 1-2 times a month. Returns are near impossible. The company does not honor its warranty. If you only plan to use this for 6-10 months, it will be great. If you expect it to last longer, you will be wasting your money.Customer Review: Didn't last long
