to use and got my kitchen floor cleaner than scrubbing or using a Swiffer ever had. I'm thrilled to not be using chemicals of any kind, and immediately threw out my wet Swiffers.

Found this to be very good at producing the steam. Heated fast and did a good job of cleanng.
However, I found it difficult to move around. It would not slide across the floor. I have to physically lift it and move to a new spot. Did not do a forward/back move by pushing/pulling. Also, the pads were white, which is a poor choice for floor cleaning. It might be nice to see just how much dirt is coming up, but they are a pain to clean. A darker color would have been better, I think.

I bought this to steam clean my new hardwood floors. It heats up fast, but the floor quickly becomes a wet mess. It cleans no better than a regular mop, yet leaves floors very wet. As a second, chance, I let me cleaning lady use it while I was gone and asked her to give me an honest review. She said "Return it. It leaves the floor way too wet." Sent it back to Amazon, awaiting my refund.Customer Review: Disappointed

Upon using the steam mop a few times, it began to leak. Tried everything to no avail so I emailed Reliable to which I could not get them to respond. So my steam mop still does not work well and there is no way to fix it. Waste of $100.00.
