Purchased these 600 thread count sheets without my wife's knowledge because she says these are sheets for rich people(because of the high thread count). Since we got them and I put them on our bed she has decided that maybe we needed to start living a little more upscale. She is extremly happy with them and we will be buying more in the near future. Renaissance 600 Thread Count 100% Cotton Sateen Queen Sheet Set, Chocolate I was impressed with the feel and strength of the sheets but that ended quickly. These are NOT standard queen sheets, right out of the package it was very hard to get the fitted sheet on. The top sheet was obviously undersized and was barely able to cover the mattress and have a little over to tuck under. The pillow cases did not fit my sealy pillows. One washing and it was all 2 of could do to get the fitted sheet on the mattress and it did not cover all the way. I gave the sheets 2 stars for the feel and strength but would not buy them again or recommend them to anyone.Customer Review: Definitely Great for the Price, but Yes a Little Rough

I was very pleased when I received the sheets. For the price, you can't beat the weight of the sheets, very heavy, beautiful sheets. The Ivory color is just perfect and exactly what I needed to go with my bedding set. It's a little more yellow than the picture lets on, but that's what I was expecting based on other ivory sheets I've purchased.
I do agree with the other reviews, though, the sheets are a bit rough out of the package, but if you wash them with some softener, they are just fine and for $40, you really can't complain about that. They feel great on the bed after washing (and really who puts sheets on their bed without washing them first?).
My only other issue is that when I opened the package, the sheets seemed to have some loose threading that pulled out. I haven't noticed any other stitching gone amiss after washing, but we'll see how well they hold up over time.
Overall, very satisfied.
*** I changed my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars after washing the sheets - they are absolutely splendid!! And for the price? You really can't beat that! No loose threading to be found after washing and none of the seems lack integrity. I'm so pleased with this product!!!

Well, these sheets were a good price. 'Out of the box' they aren't as soft as we had hoped. They seem heavily starched, so we're hoping they will soften up. What we did notice is that they are a lot warmer than our old sheets. I guess it would follow that a denser fabric would hold heat better. We are happy with the sheets - but I do hope they get a bit softer after being washed a couple of times.Customer Review: Good sheets for a great price!

These sheets are ridiculously cheap for 600 thread count, and are quite nice. They are a little stiff, but I personally like that. I would definitely recommend these to anyone!
