I read the reviews and decided to try this pillow thinking I would have a kink in my neck until it got "broken in". Not so, it's great and I look forward to resting my head on it. I have purchased so many pillows looking for that one pillow that is not too hard, not too soft. I no longer wake with neck pain. This is the perfect pillow. Don't be fooled by the low price. I have paid high prices and wondered if this would work. It is so perfect. I ordered two more after a great week of rest.Customer Review: not enough support
