I agree with many of the posts on this product wholeheartedly. I too purchased the device and found that roaches actually seemed to LIKE the thing! We saw a mouse and have tried everything to get it out and it wouldn't leave or get caught in the traps. So we bought the ridex DID NOT WORK at all. See the rodent the next night after we bought it. I'm not sure if I need a brand new one but this did not work.Customer Review: DON"T BOTHER !!!

Don't bother buying this product unless your collecting roach & spiders as
pets. We have more spider than we did before & the roaches love it...they crawl on it...around it....behind it.
I waited to buy this item until our gerbils passed away, because I didn't want to hurt them, judging by the way this item works, I didn't need to wait, in fact, the gerbils would've probably multiplied.

I Did Not Buy from amazon or America for the matter i shopped on eBay and bought 1 for 3 bucks straight from china took 2 weeks to get it but 3 dollars you cant beat that it will not work for any other bugs like roaches or ants or even spiders but it will work on mice and rats if you don't believe me buy it and a feeder mouse and put it near it and watch what happens i know i did and it went ape sh!# but if you have roaches don't buy it it gets warm and will attract them to it you best bet it to pay a bug man and be done with it hope this helps someoneCustomer Review: Does it Really Work???

I'm still no a 100% on the validity of this unit, but I have noticed a difference....? it may all have to do with the ways your electrical wires run in your home, but not exactly knowing that leaves me to wonder. Compared to those ultra sonic devices, which in my mind have to affect you in some way or some how in time I would still give this unit a benefit of the doubt. again can't really say it works 100%, but must say that it has made a difference....
