I live in rural Colorado and we get alot of field mice in our home during the Fall and Winter months. A couple of years ago my wife and I got tired of buying mouse traps and poisons, so we decided to give this product a shot. It worked great! We continued to catch a few mice in our traps for a couple of weeks and then we never caught or saw another mouse for two years. Then one day we had a bad power surge and it broke the unit. Literally within about three weeks we had a mouse problem again. Went to Walmart to buy another unit and ended up buying a similar divice that does not use home wireing, but intead uses ultrosonic noises transmitted thru a speaker. That product sucked and didn't work. That is why I'm back on Amazon to buy this unit again because it does work. This product will get rid of mice, but does not work on spiders. We have daddy long leg spiders and this did not phase them one bit.Customer Review: Great Product
