Tools and Hardware Reviews of Rite Lite LPL623W 5 LED Puck Light 3 Pack - WhiteCustomer Review: As light! Summary: 5 Stars
This product is definitely good for the size it is very well lit and does not use much battery, extending battery life gives easy to paste, save and carry it anywhere, I recommend it highly.
Customer Review: Batteries die almost instantly! Summary: 1 Stars
I bought these for lighting up jewelry cases in my store. Had them on for one full shift, about 9 hours, and the lights dimmed significantly- with brand new batteries. They're still "on" so technically the batteries haven't died. But the light is so dim it's like they're not even on, and they don't light up the merchandise 12" away from the light source. I can't afford to replace the batteries (or have to charge them) every day! I would NOT recommend these to anyone.
Customer Review: Be aware.....No Batteries included!!! Summary: 2 Stars
Son off to college. Needed this type light for Closet/Pantry area. Looked at a lot of offerings, made selection on the basis that batteries were included. Packaging pictures CLEARLY show 9 "AA" batteries in the blister pack. Ordered them, had send directy to son, he gets package, NO BATTERIES!!!!
Ad is mis-leading!!! I easily could have purchased other offerings that said "batteries not included" for much less $$$$. Lights themselves are great, advertising is wrong and mis-leading.
Customer Review: Better than most battery lights Summary: 4 Stars
These battery operated lights give brighter light than others I've tried. They are simple to install with the velcro backing and can be moved easily if needed. EL
Customer Review: Bluish light; not bright enough Summary: 2 Stars
I bought these lights to brighten up the closets that don't have lights installed. I found that they are not what I expected. Here are the pros and cons.
Pros:
Long-lasting battery compared with non-LED light bulbs.
Cons:
1. Bluish light: It is not natural. It is the problem of many LED lights. I cannot see the real color of the stuff.
2. Not bright enough: The photos on the product description on the Mamzon page are very misleading. It is simply not bright enough for me to see things clearly.
3. Awkward two-stage light switch: First push will turn the light on, second push, dims it, and the third one turns it off. I believe most people will just want to turn it off after they turn it on. That means you have to push twice to turn this thing off. This is just not very convenient.
4. The adhesive on the back is not strong enough to stay on the wall. I ended up using a nail to hold it in place.
My suggestion will be stay away from this. It has good idea, but just not well executed.
