This came knocked down in a box, missing two knobs and any coherent instructions. Lots of shims and washers that may go somewhere, but its not at all clear except from a basic knowledge of infeed/outfeed. The Rousseau plate has been reviewed elsewhere, its as hard to work with as noted with the snap in rings and the difficulty in mounting your router.
Update: Credit where its due to Rousseau, Andy took my call, discussed the use of the shims and is sending out the missing knobs via USPS. Good customer service can make up for poor execution in shipping.
Description of Rousseau 3110 Benchtop Folding Router Table
Folds down in seconds for easy transport and compact storage. Legs foldup around router. Table constructed of HPL professional grade laminate. 24" aluminum fence, has intergral molded dust collection port. Adjustable MDF faceboards. Clear safety guard. Removable phenolic plate. Insert rings fit router bits up to 3-7/8". Precision T-style meter gauge track has precise fit for all standard miter gauges. T-slot for use with custom jigs, fixtures, and featherboards. Power switch and router not included.The Rousseau Co. 3110 Benchtop Folding Router Table is a necessary addition to any workshop. The large 24 by 19-inch worksurface is 1-1/8-inch thick and has high-pressure laminate on both sides.
Included is the Rousseau Co. deluxe router baseplate with leveling system, precision aluminum fence with MDF face boards and aluminum t-style miter gauge track for attaching featherboards and jigs. The folding legs provide a 14-inch working height and are constructed from powdercoated steel tubing to withstand years of rugged use. The 3110 is only 4 inches thick when folded so it can be stored almost anywhere. The 3110 is covered by a lifetime warranty.
