Not a bad product, decent really... It is what it says it is. If you fluff it a lot it kinda looks like the one in the picture. Honestly, you can do much better for this price. On pillows under $12 its probably better to stick with synthetic; the ones with Comforel stuffing are amazing. You might want to keep on shopping if you want a good feather pillow.Customer Review: Astounding value

I ordered two sets of these good pillows and when they arrived one of the packages had only one pillow. I reported this fact very promptly after arrival, and was told that they would be glad to replace the pillow, but would have to do it by sending a package of two pillow, not just the one that was missing. After this other messages from Amazon said they were permanently out of stock with this item, and that they would credit my visa card with one half of the purchase price. About a month later I received a package that included two pillows! This is nice, but I expect you have now credited my account with a sum of about $12, which you no longer owe. Let me know how you would like to deal with this small problem. In the meantime I ordered another set of similar pillows, and was told that it too was permanently out of stock. I haven't looked on the website to confirm this. I like the pillows. I now have 5 of them, and am not unhappy with that result. Lois RenthalCustomer Review: Great Pillow
