I can sleep with no pillow at all. Meaning I use a pillow for the softness, not necessarily to prop my head higher. If you are like me then this pillow is perfect: fluffy, soft, not too full. Can use even if you are a stomach sleeper.Customer Review: just right

This pillow has just the right amount of squish-i-ness and softness for me. I like to be able to scrunch up my pillows under my head and since this one is not too densely filled I am able to do so, and it's very comfortable.
