Tools and Hardware Reviews of Rubbermaid 11920138 Action Packer Cargo Box, 48-Gallon

Customer Review: Simply the best.
Summary: 5 Stars

It helds very sturdy on my cargo trailer. I have been using rubber maid containers for about 12 years and their product is grate.

Customer Review: You'll love this TOUGH action cargo box!
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought two of these cargo boxes for storing tools. The tools are tough so I needed more than a wimpy rubbermaid tub with weak wheels like I found in the stores in our area. Some of them were large enough, but none begin to match the sturdy, durable quality of these boxes. Even the lid is sturdy and tough. If someone sat on it it or threw a piece of heavy equipment on it I wouldn't be worried it would collapse. It definitely takes two people to carry them. Very roomy. I have an air compressor, skill saw and tons of other stuff in one. Could easily handle a couple hundred pounds. More than I would hope for. They'll last forever! Worth every penny!

Customer Review: cargo box
Summary: 3 Stars

Ipurchaed this packer cargo box in lieu of more expensive ATV boxes. I use it on my 650cc atv to carry a multitude of items, I did add some D rings to hold tie downs to hole items from bouncing around, this works very well and keeps items in their place, it has been used in various weather conditions and suffered no leaks, everything stays dry and in place now

Customer Review: sturdy camping storage
Summary: 4 Stars

Holds folded down camp gear such as cots and chairs.

You WILL wreck your back lifting this box by yourself using the end handles. This box wasn't designed for a one-man carry.

Buy a couple of straps, wrap loosely around the box centered at shoulder width, and you have a safe one-man carry, even with a full load.

Structurally though, it is a good box... stands up to rain, tie-down straps, and big dogs climbing around in the truck bed.

Customer Review: too much box. too little information
Summary: 2 Stars

When looking at this item online, I didn't realize how huge it is. Also, the company that sells it can't be bothered with customer service. They absolutely refuse to mail it overseas. It is just a huge headache. I'm returning it and never dealing with them again.
