I bought 2 of these wardrobes to use in my garage. I am extremely pleased with them. They were easy to put together, they are very sturdy and certainly beat the clothing racks I had there before, that allowed dust, moths, etc. to get to the clothing. I love the clear plastic at the top because I can see immediately which wardrobe has the clothing I am looking for. I have read other reviews. Some seem to miss the point: THIS ITEM COSTS LESS THAN $40!
I am delighted with this product.
I assembled it with care. It was easy, but you have to follow the instructions, and be genntle with the fabric.
For less than $40 this is a terrific buy. It suits my needs, is now full of my summer clothes, and will have my winter clothes in May.
If you are heavy handed, not at all mechanically inclined, or exhibit anger when trying to follow instructions, do not buy this product.
If you are easy going, can follow the instructions, and don't expect too much from a $35 product you will be delighted with this product.
I would buy it again if I needed more hanging storage space.

Unlike a few of the other reviewers, I found this product is very sturdy, and I will say it exceeded my expectation. It is not made with flimsy plastic, as is the case for generic super-market copies that I have seen. I was planning to use it only for my light items (like shirts etc.) but it seems strong enough to hold jeans and light jackets as well.
Assembly tip:
Make sure that the 3 narrow "sticks" at the top go UNDER the middle rod (from which you will hang hangers), because else it would not hold up.
I'd highly recommend buying this if you are looking for cheap closet space.

I PURCHASED TWO OF THESE CLOSETS & ONE OF THEM AFTER PUT UP & WORKING, FELL DUE TO THE RODS NOT FITTING RIGHT & PRECISELY PUT UP BY LETTERS. I PUT THE CLOTHES IN & THE BACK SECTION JUST BENT. I THREW IT IN THE GARBAGE BECAUSE I WAS SO UPSET. THE OTHER ONE IS STILL STANDING & STRONG. I NOTICED THE MATERIAL OF ONE WAS LIGHTER, SO I THINK I WAS SENT AN OLD ONE. CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT? I LOVE TO ORDER FROM YOU BUT SINCE THIS HAPPENED & MYY E-MAIL'S MESSED UP I GAVE UP. I'D APPRECIATE ANY COMPENSATION ON THIS, AS I AM USING THESE CLOSETS FOR MY GRANDBABIES. THANK YOU, SINCERELY, 4/7/11 P.S. This product was a "major" waste of time and money. Very flimsy. Plastic poles broke in less than a week...wasnt even full...and the "fabric" is more like heavy or woven paper, not what I would call fabric. I was very
disappointed, always thought Rubbermaid had better quality products. This product is JUNK!!
