I have an older house (1935) with small closets, so this was the perfect size for my needs. Love how it was adjustable to fit without having to prop it up in the middle with those flimsy poles like the ClosetMaid system has. Even with my having to remove an old board from the back of the closet (part of the old shelves) it still only took me a couple of hours to put it all together. I had checked out Home Depot & Lowes before buying and Amazon by far had the best price. Overall great product at a great price.Customer Review: Exactly what I was looking for

I read many of the reviews on this item before ordering and am very pleased that I got it. I'm in the process of moving in with my boyfriend and considerably downgrading my closet space. I bought this to alleviate some of the problem of sharing one very small closet and couldn't be happier. This provided a very sturdy solution to a bare 3 foot wall where I can hang some of my clothes. The only thing I wish I'd known before hand is that with only utilizing a 3 foot section, I could have very easily used only one telescoping rod and had an entire shelf for another closet. Also, be prepared, if you don't have studs in the wall, you have to drill a very large hole. My boyfriend was a bit surprised at the size.Customer Review: Excellent Value

Great value for the price. If you own a Dremel or Rotozip, you can make this fit anywhere. The only caution I would say and recommend to Rubbermaid is that the shelf brackets need to be fixed to the shelf and not loosely attached as it is now. Once you do this, it becomes a much more rigid system. I used clear zip ties.

Paid once for expensive custom closet. This is so comparable but for a fraction of the cost. Looks great. Superbly organizing. Sturdy. Wonderful project. Flexible uses. Cant wait to plan the next closet!!
