Very easy to setup. The back of the box gives you some ideas for different configuration ideas.
The top track is the most important part to install correctly. I would take a piece of masking tape or blue painter's tape and line it up across the wall. Get a feel for the height at where you want the rods, and make sure the tape is level. and then hold the track up above the tape and do your drilling.
If you are drilling into wallboard without studs behind it, get familiar with how to use the included wall anchors before you go drilling holes. If you feel your wallboards are weak, look into some other wall anchor options at your local Home Depot or Lowe's.
If you are not careful with holding the pieces up against the wall and let it rub against your paint too much, it will dirty up your walls.

Great product, went up easily and seems very sturdy. The materials are good quality and fit together very well, better than Closet Maid systems I have installed in the past. The finish on the metal is tough and good looking. The flexibility of the system to accomodate different closet sizes and configuration needs is the strongest feature of this product. One thing I would suggest is to get the Deluxe Kit because the extra pieces and configurations they allow are worth the extra cost. This is the best bang-for-the-buck closet system I have seen.Customer Review: Great system!

After the rod in my closet fell 2 times (due to the weight of my clothes) over the course of a year, I started my search for an affordable storage system for my closet. I looked EVERYWHERE. I needed it to be under $200, and I was particular about how it would be configured. The Rubbermaid system was the most attractive, easy to install, flexible and affordable one I found. I cleared out my closet and all I had to have my husband do was install the rods (which took him 15 minutes) and I could easily do the rest. No cutting, no planning (you can change as you go), it was perfect. I've recommended this to everyone I know!Customer Review: Great system!
