Found the system quite easy to install compared to others I have installed in the past. After careful research, I ordered 3 sets to outfit 5 reach-in closets (one 8' and four 4'). I have previously installed ClosetMaid and systems from the now defunct Organized Living (probably similar to Elfa). The quality of shelving and finish is superior to ClosetMaid. 12" depth is the only option with this system, which is fine for my reach-in applications (for a larger walk-in, I would prefer a system with deeper shelf offerings). Hanging hooks and rods are metal, end caps are plastic but look ok.
I found installation to be comparable to other hanging wire systems. The provided fasteners and anchors worked fine for me, but I would not fault the product if a specific application required the use of different ones - I have become accustomed to providing my own fasteners for various boxed products if the situation calls for it.
Two of the closets are for growing toddlers, and I'm already experimenting with various shelving configurations - moving shelves around is fast and kind of fun! One of the closets has an attic access, and I was able to design the shelves to allow access upon removal of two small shelves and leaving the rest of the closet undisturbed!

This a premium kit, unlike many lower quality models one could purchase at Home Depot. Everything is steel, especially the hooks. I have tried the plastic hooks (that hold the hanger rod) and they eventually break. I don't expect these to ever break.Customer Review: Great Closet!

This closet is great. The track system is easy to install and easily adjusted for your needs. I looked at the Closetmaid brand I definitely preferred this one.
