I am very happy with my purchase. I found that the 7.5 ft tall tree I have, that breaks down into three pieces, fit perfectly, with room to spare in the bag. I was expecting a silver colored bag, but it was a nice red color. The stitching was great, the handles are perfect. The material they used to construct the bag, was durable enough. And yes, I dragged it down an apartment hallway to the storage room with no tears.Customer Review: Great Bag!

Use for an 8ft tree and works great! Only gave it 4 stars because the handles are not very good quality. Mine broke off first time I picked it up... But the pros out-weigh the cons. Cant beat the price!
Also, if you have a 7ft or more, the metal rod will poke out of the bag.

I selected this item for two reasons - the Rubbermaid name and the great price of $7! I am guessing that was a post-Christmas price - it has already risen to $10. Since other Tree Keeper bags were $80-180, I figured that the worst would be that I had to return this or be out $15 (I got 2).
The items arrived quickly. The tree keeper bags are like nylon duffel bags - forget the squared off free-standing image. But the material was reinforced plastic and sturdier than nylon.
I ended up putting half of my tree in one bag and half in another. I was worried that the weight would be too great or the crowding too much for one bag. The rating is up to 40 pounds - but I have no idea what my tree weighs. There was lots of spare room though. I think my tree will shift when carried around and wonder if the poles will pierce the plastic.
So far, so good. For the price paid and comparing to the other options, this was a great buy. My only wish is that the bag material was a little sturdier - I am afraid a sharp end will rip it.

I found this storage bag to be very useful for my christmas tree. I was also able to fit all of the decorations in it as well. I saw one review where they said they filled theirs full and the handle ripped almost instantly. Mine was just fine. It holds quite a bit actually. I would definitely buy another one if I needed it. Ordered this from Amazon and received it today. Also purchased a 7.5' tree (after christmas sale at sams club) and put it in the bag. Tree fit easily into the bag, bag zipped up easily. Bag appears to be about 60-70%% full with my tree. Picked the bag up with both handles, and one handle immediately ripped from the bag, even before I got the bag off of the ground. Surprisingly, other handle is intact, and is able to support weight of tree alone, but you can't carry the bag with one handle, too unwieldy, and I expect 2nd handle to tear from bag if I use it this way.
