The Rubbermaid folding stool is well made, but has some drawbacks. The main problem is there is nothing to hang on to when climbing, and that can be hazardous. Another problem is the distance between rungs is awkward. I bought the stool to replace a stool that had 3 steps and rubber tread and a grip bar. As a substitute, it is just ok.
