Customer Review: A complete rip off!

My first complaint is about the ambiguity of the product description. You don't know if you're ordering one, or one set of three (the number of uprights you would need to put up a shelf). I understand that the product is only referred to as singular in the description, but it's not far fetched to think it would mean one set. You need more than one to even hang something, so why sell it separate? I suspect so they can charge you 11 bucks a rail.
That leads me to my second complaint, the price. At 11 dollars and change you've already spent over 33 bucks and you still haven't bought the shelves, or 16" brackets that hold the shelves, and I would guess that those are sold separately as well, at almost 7 dollars a bracket. I like the other Rubbermaid FastTrak items, but the shelving system is extremely over priced. Save some money and go a different route.
Once I received my ONE rail in the mail I decided not to waste anymore money on the FastTrack shelving system.
