This is a well constructed device with 5 internal LED lights. It offers several different patterns of attention grabbing intermittent flashes to conserve power, as well as the option of being constantly on. The arm band is well made, fits nice and tight, and provides an stable anchor point for my mp3 player as well.
Very nice item, well worth the price.

My excitement at finding the box at my front door was quickly turned to disappointment as I opened the box and find two small safety flashers which used 2 AAA batteries instead of the larger product I had ordered which used 2 AA batteries. I have purchased a lot of items through Amazon and this it the first time I feel like I have been a victim of bait and switch. Now I have to go through the effort of returning the product and finding someone more trustworthy to order from. To make matters worse, I just started the process to return the item and this terrible vendor, ServingHim! out of Sugar Land TX states they will charge 15% restocking after they sent the wrong item... I hope Amazon realizes their mistake and dumps this vendor from the program.

This gets 5 stars for the following reasons: 1. the product was as described by the seller, 2. the product was inexpensive yet does not feel cheap once the batteries are in the unit, 3. it is easy to change the standard AA batteries (2). this light weight light has been used several times on my long morning runs before sun rise. I have done relays that needed lighting due to we ran all night and these lights worked great. My team loved them and we are doing another relay here again and will be using the lights again.
