Tool Review: light entertainment for a small price

I bought this product to be given to a 4th grader who is on a "points system" where he can earn small prizes for demonstrating desired behaviors. This wasn't quite enough of a reward for his big "tangible" reward, but i will find a use for it as he is slightly more childish than the other children and is fascinated by anything small that lights up. Its a good price for something that will amuse him temporarily. The packaging was unimpressive/cheap looking, but the concept of the toy is kinda cool and unique for the price and it works as described.
