I've never had an easier time keeping up with sharpening my assortment of chip carving knives and now I use these on my regular carving gouges too. Provide a superb edge and are easy to clean after extended sharpening sessions. I really like not having to use oil or water for a lubricant. Not needed with these stones. Makes life a bit simplier and speeds up the sharpening process too!
Description of SET OF W.B. CERAMIC STONES
These stones are recommended by Wayne Barton. Made for quick and easy sharpening, these stones are some of the highest quality available today. Made to be used without water or oil, they will put a razor sharp edge on your blades for hours of carving enjoyment. These stones may be hand held or bench mounted. The black stone is a medium grade stone for shaping and sharpening. The white stone is an ultra fine stone for honing, polishing, and touching up the edge while carving. Each stone comes with its own protective cover. 13/4" wide x 4" long.Hand Tools
