Customer Review: A great EDC for anybody who makes coffee for a living!

I first bought this knife for myself as another step in my search for an every day carry (I have six EDC blades for specific purposes, 7 if you include my multitool and if you are a barista, I highly recommend this blade. It is a dream, hidden inside my apron pocket, a pinner little knife that sharpens up great with a few swipes and has such a low profile that if I didn't like holding it so much...I'd forget it was there! I have since purchased one for my coffee shop's owner, and as I am the manager and team trainer, I now use it as my default barista birthday or other great achievement gift. Cute and nerdy type of steel (I think I'm turning japanese...I really think so, and the knife-even though it is demure LOOKS HELLA TOUGH! I'm stoked!
