I purchased this portable air conditioner because my very old central air conditioner broke down. It will be a while before it can be repaired. So with the 100 degree days we've been having. I desperately needed something to keep cool.
The portable air conditioner came well packaged. It was easy to put together. My only complaint would be the window adapter for the exhaust doesn't fit my window. So I had to adapt it to fit. Otherwise, the air conditioner is quiet and cooled my bedroom and even an adjacent area in about about an hour. Keeping in mind it was close to 90 degrees in the house. The water container holds about 2 gallons and took about 8 hours to fill on a VERY humid day.
