I like several other reviewers had the clicking experience with the Lasko tower fan. It was a great fan up until then. Lasted a couple years or so. Just bought this fan and am extremely happy with it. Quiet and forceful. If it lasts, it is worth the money. Like the ION feature, not sure how to tell if it works or not. Based on other reviews it does though. Time will tell.
