product is great heavy steel and was quite easy to put together. was really worried because we wanted to put up and old 27" tv. i have no worries about it coming apart or letting the tv all. and the price was very reasonable.Customer Review: tv mount

installation instn not user friendly.
part is missing-they will mail it to me on my request.
i could not install myself due to non user friendly instn
i had to call handyman to install it.
it took longer time for handyman to install it due to poor instn and charged $60 to install.
all the wires to connect devices looks ugly. there is no provision to hide this wire.
they should have given provision in hollow cantilever bracket to pass all wires(electric suply,cable and av wires)
