I purchased this product for my son who needed water testing equipment for his science project. Unfortunately, several of the test strips did not work and I was glad that I had ordered more tests than he required. As well, interpretation of the results requires visual observation to match the color of the strips to a chart. We called the help line number shown in the package for assistance with these two issues and did not get a call back. With shipping and duty to Canada adding another $100 to the cost of the 20 water tests we ordered, I told him that he'd better design a different type of project next year.
