After owning this sensor for 3 years I have finally decided to unplug and recycle the unit. The sensor never really worked the way it was intended. I placed it in my garage in the hopes that it would activate a light as I entered in the dark. The success rate of the device was about 5%. This left me in the dark 95% of the time fumbling around with my keys.
I would not recommend this product.
