This was very easy to put together. I do wish the directions where a little clearer, it took me till the fourth shelf to figure out how it worked. The second one I did put together very quickly. For the second one, I actually didn't put the two poles for the sides together. I got the first couple of racks on the four bottom poles and then screwed on the second half of the poles before I completed the unit. It was much easier getting the bottom rack on that way.Customer Review: Great product

I could not believe the price of this shelf on wheels. When it came I put it together by myself and was impressed by the quality. Ordered the shelves from Target on a Sunday night, then realized I could save $40 by ordering directly from the manufacturer, who I thought was Seville. Tried to cancel the Target order 10 minutes after I placed it but their automated response system said the order was already in transit. When I rated that response as unsatisfactory, I received a more personal response saying that I could return the product at their expense. However, when the shelves arrived, they were exactly what we wanted, although NOT manfactured by Seville, so we decided to keep them. They were easy to build, but when we went to put the wheels on, we realized one pole was missing the end piece that the wheel should screw into. The directions did not provide any info about how to obtain missing pieces, the manufacturer was not Seville and we could not find a website for them. Sent another inquiry to target and received another canned response saying that could not provide missing parts. Offered a 10% discount or product could be exchanged. Of course, we already built them, so ordered a 2nd set, swapped out the faulty pole, and had that set returned. Bottom line - - shelves are great if you get all the parts, shelves are cheaper when purchased directly from Seville (and possibly come with all the parts), and Target's customer service is useless.Customer Review: Great shelving and easy to roll!

I ordered this for my husband because our garage was too difficult to move around all of the stored items. Everything always fell over, spilled out, etc. By moving all of his stored items onto the shelves, we're now able to navigate the garage more easily. This thing holds a lot of weight and is still easy to move around. Also I put it together myself in about a 1/2 hour. I could do it faster now that I've done one!
