Yes, I Agree 100% with Erica Miller's review. We, however, own a cleaning service and had much the same responce from our clients when we picked up a canister of fur out of their carpet.Much to our suprise was the customer support. We bought 2 Vacuums and both have had the belts go and the belts are on back order now for 6 weeks, and we have waited 2 hours on the phone to reach a live person and E-mailed with absolutely no results. I would strongly recommend that you make a purchase other than this one. Especially if you are much like myself and value a company more on the service that you receive and then the products. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!
