The description and picture represent the hold down clamp and the track bar as if they come together as a "system". In fact they are sold separately. Had I known, I would have been willing to purchase all the items that make up this "system" at the same time, now I am stuck with more freight charges and time delay. I sent a note to Grizzly and they responded the items are "sold separately".
