Customer Review: A flash light does a better job!

I ordered three of these lights because I needed more light in my walk-in closet and to put over my fireplace that has no wiring capabilities for a recess lighting look. This light gives off as much as a night light and it doesn't cover the area, it's a stream of light straight down from where it's installed with a very low glow. However, I do like the wireless switch effect. I recall reading a review from a guy that explained how to remove something in the base of the light to make it brighter. I'll try his method to see if it work. If not, I may use it in my son's room as a night light or use under the cabinet in the kitchen as a low light at night. These lights can actually be put to good use wherever a night light is needed as oppose to increasing your electrical bill with night lights. Under the bathroom sink is another place I may consider. I did get an "A" for effort from my hubby for trying to find a simpler fix than running wires. It works but not for what I purchased it for.
