The Skil Power Wrench is a perfect tool for around the house. Once opened, I immediately went to work fixing my coffee table, and it worked great. Reading a few of the comments on this page, I am having a similar problem. I don't use the tool much, in the past year, I've only used it a couple times, but now, it's completely dead. The charger light is a solid green indicating a full charge...but nothing, tool is completely dead.
The couple times I used it though for some simple jobs around the house, it was a cool tool and very handy...just very disappointed that the tool is now DOA for no apparent reason, still looks like brand new and there is no reason for it NOT to work. (ie abuse).
Wouldn't mind having another one, if I could get a better gaurantee that it would work for more than a few turns. But, don't see that happening, so will not buy again.

I've been using mine for a couple years repairing equipment and it has been great. My only complaint is that the temperature range that the battery functions is limited. I have mine in my service van and when the temp. gets below 20 deg. I have to put it by the heater to warm up, maybe 5 min. or so. I would buy another.Customer Review: Great product

This is a awesome little ratchet at a great price. This unit is the best, who needs an air compressor with a unit like this. Vendor sealed new condition.
