I bought this product just over a month ago. This product works as promised. Very Loud alarm, I particularly like the alert-phone-dialing when security is breached. Exceptionally easy to set-up. Anyone can do it. It takes less than an hour (and I am not much of a handy-man). Programing is very simple, just follow instruction. I did have an issue, however. One item came defective. I called the product manufacturer and the support was less than satisfactory. I then called AMAZON and they immediately shipped a replacement, no questions asked. Way to go AMAZON!!. I was so excited to get this alarm system. We got it out & I realized that it is made out of poor quality. I've kept it because I felt I had no other option. FYI The alarm system is so loud wear earplugs to set it up.Customer Review: Fantastic product.

This is a pretty good system for the price. My only beefs are:
1. Alarm is not loud enough. Perhaps ok for an apartment or if you live on a quiet street. I live on a busy street so I had to buy another one for each side of the house.
2. The dialer is probably useless since the phone lines can be cut. I would get the simpler system and get the 2nd alarm.
3. Change the zoning for the sensors right away so there is no delay. Think about it; during the delay the robbers can just locate the alarm and smash it before it goes off.

Actually unbeatable for the price, the key fob could have a few more functions. MOST IMPORTANT read the manual! There are many options and customizing the alarm "zones" is actually fun once you get the hang of it. You can also deactivare certain zones, if your at home, and change the alarm from instant to 30 seconds if your in the house. In my Townhouse, 30 seconds and they could be in my bedroom!.
So I made all zones instant alarm!
Many options, the negative: its sort of flimsy, its not a hard wired system obviously, if a burglar gets a hold of the keypad which has a siren built in, instead of seperate siren , all he has to do is smash it open,and alarm is dead. The answer buy a few more external sirens and place them in difficult to reach situations. I even converted a sturdy keybox, and drilled holes in the lid, to slow down any potential dirtbags. The motion detectors worked great, easy to use, I like them better than the magnetized door sensors, which are kind of big.
