It took a few nights to get use to but it has helped my Barrett'e syndrome. I was also surprised that my back felt much better in the morning. I looked at a few other wedges but this was perfect and the price was right. I found extra covers at "Bed,Bath&Beyond" for $10.Customer Review: Finally - better quality sleep!

This pillow is worth more than its low price would indicate. I am finally getting better quality sleep as I can sleep with my upper body slightly elevated. Due to allergies, post nasal drip, acid reflux problems, and xerotomia caused by radiation for throat cancer, I used to have to sit up to cough 5-6 times a night. Now, often not at all, or 1-2 times at the most.Customer Review: Good Buy

We bought two of these pillows for me to use after my shoulder surgery, knowing that I would not be able to lay flat in bed. They work very well, they are quite firm, and even with my regular pillow on top, are still comfortable (beats sleeping in the recliner!). You can stagger them somewhat to change the angle slightly. I find that I do tend to slide down a bit, but that's with using two -- with one that might not be a problem. I'm happy with my purchase.Customer Review: Good.

There is not much to say about this product other than it works for what it is intended to do. I breathe and sleep easier at night. However, if you intend to use it for other purposes ;)...then in my opionion it is not firm enough, and the incline is not steep enough.
