If you expect it to have a really cool feel to it you will be disappointed. It is very comfortable to sleep on if you are a side sleeper. Not so for a stomach sleeper. I'm both so if I sleep on my stomach I wind up with a terrible back ache.Customer Review: Not as good as expected ...

Bought these since there were so many positive reviews, but I guess it depends on each person individually. My wife and I bought them to aid in her aching neck/shoulders, and myself with the "hot" pillow issue.
Unfortunately, while the pillow felt cool at first, I woke up twice in the night sweating on my head neck and shoulders (really anywhere that my skin made contact with the pillow), and my wife woke up hurting more than she did with a standard pillow.
This is a roll of the dice I suppose, since there are obviously many people that like it.

I really wanted to like this pillow! But, after a week of giving it a try... I realized this pillow only made things worse for me. I sleep on my side with a pillow in between my legs, and for some reason - this pillow only made my shoulder feel "crunched" and my neck extremely stiff as there is basically no neck support on a pillow like this. It's memory foam, and good quality, but - it only increased my shoulder/neck issues!! Wish I loved this... as now I'm out $50!Customer Review: Not good for me

While I think the quality of this pillow is wonderful, and it does feel cool, it just isn't good for me personally. I find that I am having some neck pain in the morning and I'll have to get something else. I am keeping this pillow for guests. It's a very good pillow, it just doesn't work well for me.
