One of the reasons for ordering the ISO Cool Pillow was the "cool" factor, but in that regard it didn't do much.
What I am satisfied with is the fact that I no longer wake up with a neck or backache. It is a very comfortable pillow for me.

I thought with all the rave reviews this would be a great chill pillow for up at our summer cabin. It is not. It weighs a ton, and does not stay chilly for much longer than 10 minutes.Customer Review: Not what I had hoped.

Bought this pillow for my husband who has neck pain and migraine headaches. He says that it does help a lot with his neck pain, but the pillow is so hard that it can actually cause a headache for him. He is sleeping with his old pillow, but switches this one in during the night if his neck pain gets bad. The pillow is VERY heavy and hard. It doesn't conform to your head at all. As far as the stay cool aspect, I think it does stay cool. But because it's so firm/hard, we're not getting much use out of it. I'm disappointed. I was really hoping for more with this pillow. I definitely wouldn't call it memory foam considering it doesn't conform to your head. Unless you like a very firm pillow, I wouldn't recommend buying this one.Customer Review: Pillow does not give at all-causes me neck pain

I have this pillow in the regular shape(like usual pillow) and thought this one may give me more support, but it is way too stiff and does not give at all, resulting in neck pain in the morning. The other one I have, I absolutely love. Stays cool all night, but I have to raise my bed slighty because of acid reflux. That is why I bought the thicker one. But does not work for reason as stated above. If anyone knows a way to soften this pillow or has the same problem, would love to hear about it.Customer Review: Pleasantly Surprised

Ihave had this pillow for about a month now. I was skeptical, but, becoming really tired of waking up with a stiff/sore neck. So far so good, I have not had any problems with my neck. I am going to spend the money and get one for my husband now.
