I don't often take the time to write a review, but I've found that with respect to these mattress toppers there seem to be a large variance in the satisfaction of the customers. People say that the pad is cut too short, or that it smells really bad, or that they are too hard to sleep on. Well, I found that none of these were the case with this mattress pad. I find it very very comfortable to sleep on. It was cut to perfect dimensions and the odor that I noticed when unpacking was virtually gone after a day of allowing it to air out and relax, which you need to do just to allow it to expand from the shipping. This product is well worth the money and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a memory foam topper. I decided to try this product after all the great reviews....It has relieved my pain, after just a couple of nights use....both hubby and I are sleeping much better all night as well...No issues as far as overheating, as I do not sleep well if not cool, and this kept me at an even temp and sleeping soundly. It feels like I am on a pillow, just floating, and it is suspending me from the pressure of my actual mattress. Wow, can't believe what a difference this made, and at such a great price! I would buy one every year if I had to, because sleep is primal! Also, there was no issue involved as one review wrote...all the airholes were clean, and see-thru. This measures 2" and is a very solid memory foam, and returns to normal with no indentation right away. I can move and roll over easy, as was concerned that it would be hard to turn, but you are floating on top of this, as compared to sinking into it. It's alright. I actually preferred the mattress without it, but the man likes a little softer.
It gets really hot most nights. Still got a down alt topper to go over it.

I bought this mattress topper last year and it's still just as fantastic as it was last February. You dive into bed and then you just melt into the mattress ever so gently. It's deep enough to support you, but not so deep where you have to pull yourself out of the bed. I put this pad on top of a very firm mattress and I love the results. I also bought a lightly padded, fitted sheet to put over the topper. That helps keep it in place. I've never had any problems with it slipping, getting flat, or smelling like chemicals. I don't find it too hot either, which is sometimes a complaint with memory foam. I love this thing.
