Used one of the cloths first - absolutely useless (see my previous review on just the cloths posted in July(?). I thought maybe I had to "do" something to it first in order for it to work!!!! Hosed a sliding glass door, used the cloth to soak it all up - it did nothing but move the water around, an old towel worked better. The mop came next with great anticipation and anxiety! Well, the little black thingy on the end keeps coming off; it's not that easy to "coordinate" the squeezing out, and works only marginally better than some of the the other sponge mops I've purchased for a few bucks. Won't replace it, not worth it, don't waste your money
