My female Mail deliverer left a note in my new mailbox thanking me for the new box. It certainly came in handy for the small packages and extra catalogs we receive prior to Christmas. I recommend it to anyone who is currently getting their mail crammed in a normal size mailbox.
Note: Prior to purchasing I had looked online for a box with metal flag and clasp but could not find one for a reasonable price. So far this mailbox is working out just fine!

Tired of not being able to receive small packages, I order the Jumbo rural mailbox. One corner was slightly bent in shipping, which I was able to straighten. Great buying experience. I ordered 2 Jumbo Mailbox, which are not easily avilable @ reasonable prices. I found them on Amazon, ordered, and they arrived quickly. One of the mailboxes had a little dent on the top, but it was not worth sending such a large item back thru the shipping system for a little ding. While I love the size of this mailbox and the fact that it's actually made of metal, I do have a problem with the cheap plastic latch that won't do its job. The lid keeps popping open. I have called the company and they will be sending another plastic latch as a replacement. They claim that they have not had any complaints. They should read the Amazon reviews. I probably will not buy another mailbox made by this company if plastic is involved.
