Very simply this is a very good product. It was the only model that was truly quiet. I find it very awkward to empty the water as there is no handle to hole on to. This unit does its job 100%. My only gripe is having to change the bucket out every morning before work. I live in the North East and please keep in mind that the humidity level here this summer has been unpleasantly high. I use this unit in my partially finished basement and it works like a dream. The motor is unbelievably quiet on high and is not heavy to carry when the bucket is full. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone searching for a best bang for your buck kinda guy or gal.Customer Review: Amazing

After reading all of the reviews we recently purchased this dehumidifier. We could not be happier with it. We live a few miles from the beach so we needed a dehumidifier only at night. It is amazing how quiet it is and how much water is pulled from the air that we have to empty it every day. It makes the house much warmer, without even turning the heat on. We were having mold and condensation problems in our master bed & bath. This machine has cleared it up and is amazingly quiet in the quiet setting. A little heavy to drag to other parts of the house, but glad I chose this model. Works like a champ.
