I bought this locally and it looks great, but that's all. It doesn't cool when it needs to. The hot water is always hot, but I don't use it unless I'm eat cup o noodles. The cold water is only really cold in the evening. I need it cold when I drink it.Customer Review: Great Water Cooler

I really like this cooler. A cooler we recently had broke and we only had it for about two years and I never liked it. The little frig on the bottom never got cold enough and we couldn't put it on high because it would over heat. Our new one works a lot better and it is so much more simple than the old one. I would recommend this product. It makes water very cold, and very warm. It took just minutes from placing the room-temp water bottle on, and it changing to being warm and cold. The refrigerator is not as effective. It takes a while for the fridge to cool, each time you open the door. The frige works perfectly for light use. Also, after ordering, make sure the drain cap is tightly closed, as it arrives open, and it will leak small amounts in the back. Overall good buy, and recommended for water cooling.Customer Review: Just Received our WC

This item arrived quickly from Amazon, no damage
The water pours a little slow compared to the cooler it is replacing.
This is a replacement for a 14 year old cooler
We turned the hot water off as we won't use it very often.
The warnings on the inside of the refrigerator are ludicrous, its is translated Chinese -I scanned the image and posted it around the web it was so funny (whats funny is how horrible the translation is and how totally politically incorrect it is)
I hope it lasts, its working fine now

I thought I was getting a deal when I purchased this cooler/fridge for our small office. If I had known it would barely make it to one year, I would never have purchased it. First, we had trouble with the fridge not cooling, so our milk went sour. After messing around with it and rebooting the unit, it started to work again. Today, 1 day + 1 week to the day I ordered the unit, it began leaking!! It just isn't worth the trouble to fix the thing, so now I have to dig out the paperwork and see if I can get any sort of refund. I do NOT recommend this product.
