I bought it as a Christmas present for my wife because she has a lot of back pain. She absolutely loves it and says that her back feels so much better after each use. We get in it at least 2-3 times per week. It fits us two and our daughters just fine. I paid under $500 for the spa. For that price I simply can't complain. But here's my take on the good and the bad. The good: It is very fast and easy to set up, it looks nice, it is very comfortable to sit in, the jets are strong, and the water is hot!!! The bad: it is fairly loud when the jets are running, the water cools off very fast when the jets are running (and I have it indoors in my basement), and the filtration system seems to get dirty pretty fast (you have to clean the filter at least once a week or the water starts getting cloudy)
