I mounted this above the toilet in the bathroom. It took less than 5 minutes and came with all the hardware. It holds more than it looks like it will; we currently have two magazines and the 2010 World Almanac comfortably in ours. This has saved frustration from magazines falling off the back of the tank and laying on my counters. i am DEFINATELY buying one for all of the football magazines in the other bathroom too!
