Customer Review: Pot luck, but great customer service from the seller

I ordered 4 of these. Two were shipped right away, and the other two were backordered. I give this company credit for keeping me posted on the situation. Actually, they went overboard to let me know what was going on. I wish everyone treated their customers this way.
On to the product. The first two I received, I thought were of good quality. The second two, not so much. I used to purchase these at the local RV store for about $2.00, but they didn't last very long. I suspect the second two will hold up just about as well, and they cost almost twice as much.
You are taking your chances on this one.
Good customer service. Not too sure about the product.
As an update. They refunded my money for the second two. Also found one of the handles cracked.
Great people to work with. They really worked towards customer satisfaction.
